Load Cell
Measure the load in an anchor, bolt or strut — and keep measuring
BEAM-LC
A rock bolt or tieback anchor is only doing its job if it holds its load. The Ackcio VW Load Cell sits under the bearing plate and measures continuously, with several vibrating wires around the ring to reveal uneven loading.

Several wires, one honest load
BEAM-LC uses multiple vibrating-wire sensors around a high-strength alloy-steel cylinder. Averaging the readings gives total load; comparing individual wires reveals uneven or eccentric loading.
Calibration factors and an integral thermistor support a clear load history for anchors, bolts, piles, tunnel supports and dams.
Built for the places where change matters.
Use the sensor where you need a stable, long-term view of the parameter at risk.

Seat the load. Capture the change.
Place the load cell between suitable bearing plates, pass the anchor through the centre, keep the load concentric where possible and log a baseline before tensioning.
Designed for the long read.
- Accurate, long-term stability
- High-strength steel body
- Manual or remote reading
- 3–6 wires reveal eccentric load
- Integral thermistor
- Wireless trend visibility
* Final values and dimensions subject to technical confirmation before publication.
The instrument is only the beginning.
Connect the sensor to an Ackcio BEAM-VW node and carry the measurement through Mesh to the monitoring view.
Load cells use multiple vibrating wires, so the final BEAM-VW-S1/S8 channel mapping must be confirmed for the selected configuration.
See your data on Snape
Readings arrive in the Snape dashboard as live time-series data in Load (kN). Check network health, node status and threshold conditions from the same view.

Specify the detail that matters.
BEAM-LC-XXXX uses XXXX for the load range in kN. Bearing-plate dimensions and frequency band should be confirmed for the final product sheet.
